Kalyan News: A horrible road accident on Monday morning in Murbad near Kalyan Direction, there was a severe accident involving an Eco car near the Rayta Pul area. A dumper truck crashed hard into the Eco car, causing a fatal accident. The impact was so strong that the car was completely destroyed.

Official sources state that between 10:45 and 11:00 in the morning, a passenger van heading from Kalyan to Murbad collided head-on with a cement mixer truck driving in the other direction.There was little chance for the passengers to flee because the impact was so strong that the vehicle was entirely damaged.

- Eight men and three women were among the eleven fatalities.
- Two more people are fighting for their life and are in critical condition.

Highway 61 saw severe traffic congestion as a result of the collision, particularly in the area between Titwala and Kalyan. Before authorities were able to clear the road and resume regular traffic flow, vehicles were stuck for hours.
