Ulhasnagar : On Saturday evening at Ulhasnagar Camp, near Ganesh Nagar complex in old matter, a young shopkeeper attacked another young man. The incident happened after an argument over expired goods being sold at Munna Gupta’s Kirana store. The injured guy, named Nand Kishore Chunnilal Bal Goher, was hurt even while trying to mediate. According to the information received, Munna Gupta attacked Nand Kishore in anger, leading to a serious and life-threatening assault.In the chaos, Nanda Kishore got seriously injured and was admitted to the central hospital. There was also some mediation done. His sister was beaten up too.The Hill Line police have started the process of registering a case regarding this entire incident.On February 12, 2026, a notorious criminal and his associates attacked a shopkeeper and his son in the Kalimata Mandir area of Ulhasnagar Camp 5 after they tried to intervene in a dispute. A separate incident on February 14, 2026, involved a group using a chopper to attack two students outside a school in nearby Thane.Arguments leading to such violence in the area often stem from minor disputes, such as parking issues or previous personal altercations.
