Fatal Road Accident Shocks Bhiwandi.

Bhiwandi – A fatal road accident in Bhiwand on 27 Feb in front of the Jain Temple in the Anjur Phata area of Bhiwandi. A Heavy dumper (heavy truck) collided with a two-wheeler.A 24-year-old man named Bhargav Patil, a resident of Kharbao. Bhargav Patil died on the spot due to the severity of the accident.Bhiwandi has seen several heavy vehicle accidents recently, including incidents involving brake failures and trucks overturning on the Mumbai-Nashik highway. The accident occurred in front of a Jain temple in the Anjur Phata area of Bhiwandi.Reports and local anger suggest the accident was caused by an obstruction from a hawker’s fruit cart parked in the middle of the road, which led the youth to come under the wheels of the truck.

The incident has raised significant concerns among local residents regarding road safety and the lack of action against illegal hawkers obstructing traffic.
