A 26-year-old man was murdered over cricket dispute and other are injured.
Thane : A 26-year-old man Rohit More was murdered and another seriously injured following a minor argument over playing cricket at Gaondevi Maidan, near the TMT bus stop in Thane West, on Wednesday afternoon. Rohit More, 26 years old, died from serious injuries after being stabbed while attempting to resolve an argument.His friend, Amit Kir, also sustained serious injuries and is currently receiving hospital treatment.The Naupada police have arrested two individuals, Rohit Patnesha and Vishnu Chavan, who allegedly attacked the victims with a knife after the initial argument escalated.
The incident occurred around 4:45 pm and quickly escalated into violence, police said. A murder case has been registered at Naupada Police Station Authorities have assured the public that every effort is being made to identify those responsible and bring them to justice. Further updates are expected as the investigation progresses.
