Wife Filed Fraud And Harassment Complaint Against Husband.

Kalyan : A case of fraud and harassment has been filed at the Khadakpada police station in Kalyan against a high-ranking Merchant Navy officer and his parents. The complaint, filed by his wife, an engineer working in Mumbai, alleges that the husband deliberately concealed that one of his testicles was surgically removed before their marriage eight years ago. According to the report, this medical information was hidden by the husband and his in-laws, leading to severe difficulties and lack of physical intimacy in their marriage.

The woman claims her husband and his parents committed fraud by not disclosing his pre-marriage surgery, which impacted their sexual life. She further accused her husband of physical and mental harassment instead of being cooperative, and alleged that her mother-in-law pressured and mentally troubled her. After eight years, the husband reportedly demanded a divorce, leading the wife to return to her parents’ home and eventually file a police complaint. Khadakpada police have registered a case and are currently investigating the matter further.
