Ulhasnagar:The investigation team, with help from Hill line police station, conducted a major raid on a jeans factory in the colony and seized fake trousers and pants made under the well-known Zara brand worth lakhs of rupees. This action caused a huge stir in the area. According to information received, members of the investigation team Ramjit Gupta, Ravi Vaswani, Vijay Pawar, Dhiru Patel, Vinod Sumra, and their colleagues raided a jeans manufacturing unit in Akash Colony based on confidential information. During the search, they found products labeled with the Zara brand.A large batch of fake trousers and pants was found to be made. The seized goods are estimated to be worth lakhs of rupees. It’s clear that the accused had no official license to produce or sell products under this well-known brand. The team seized the items on the spot and informed the Hill Line police station. A case has been filed against a person named Pawan Gupta under the Copyright Act, and legal action has been initiated. Further investigation is underway by the Hill Line police officers to find out exactly where these fakes came from.
They’re investigating where the supplies were coming from and who else is involved in this racket. This action is considered a big success against the illegal activities running under the names of reputed companies.
