Wireman Died After Receiving Electric Shock At Kalyan Murbad.

Kalyan Murbad : In a tragic incident in the Murbad taluka of Thane district, an on-duty tribal wireman named Kamlakar Bhoir died on the spot after receiving an electric shock.The accident occurred in the Mal region (specifically Gutychi Wadi) of Murbad taluka.Bhoir, an employee of the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd (MSEDCL), was reportedly electrocuted while performing his duties, which involved switching on a road light or working on a power transformer.He died instantly at the scene of the accident. Local reports indicated that his body remained on the transformer for some time before it could be safely removed. This event has highlighted ongoing concerns regarding electrical safety and the risks faced by field workers in the region.
