Ulhasnagar : When the money wasn’t returned, a moneylender barged into the Chinese center in Bhar Chowk, beat up a man who had been suffering for 30 years, and kidnapped him. After that, he was kept in a lodge. They made a video of him and threatened to cut off his private part with a knife. This incident happened at a Chinese center in the Ulhasnagar Five area. A case has been registered at Hill line Police Station under various sections, and an investigation has started. The absconding accused are moneylender Amit Chagola, Tarun, Kamal Nagdev, and two others. According to the policeThe complainant, 30-year-old Chirag Mirch Chandani, lives with his family in Acharya Anand Building, Ambarnath East. He had borrowed ₹4 lakh from the accused moneylender with interest. After that, Chirag returned ₹50,000. But the accused moneylender demanded ₹4,50000 and started troubling Chirag. However, Chirag refused because the interest was way too high. An argument broke out, and the accused planned to kidnap and beat Chirag. Chirag was spotted at a Chinese food joint in Ulhasnagar Five. After that, they went into the Chinese center and beat him up badly with an iron pipe. They forcibly kidnapped him into a car, took him to an office in Badlapur, and beat him up again. Then, the loan shark and the other four accused took Chirag to Matheran and locked him up in a lodge. There, they stripped him and beat him while recording a video. But they didn’t stop there they threatened him with a knife and warned they’d cut off his link if he didn’t pay up. The loan shark told him to deposit ₹1,25,000 with a person in the Kailash Nagar area and he paid the money accordingly. Later, Chirag got rid of the moneylender’s grip.
